At Vista Wings, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to make our flight ticket cancellation and refund policy as clear and easy to understand as possible. Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your flight ticket, you may do so by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team. The amount of refund you receive depends on the type of ticket you purchased and the time of cancellation.
- If you purchased a non-refundable ticket, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel within a certain time frame before the scheduled departure.
- If you purchased a refundable ticket, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
Please note that some tickets may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, and any fees charged by the airline are non-refundable. Additionally, any changes made to your ticket may result in additional fees or charges.
Flight Ticket Refund Policy
- If your flight has been canceled by the airline, you may be eligible for a refund.
- If informed at least 48 hours before the ticket time, a 100% refund will be provided.
- The amount of refund you receive depends on the airline’s policy. Our customer service team can assist you with the refund process.
Some airlines may offer alternative travel arrangements or vouchers instead of a refund. If this is the case, our customer service team can assist you with rebooking or using the voucher.
In some cases, flight cancellations or delays may be caused by circumstances beyond the airline’s control, such as weather or natural disasters. In these cases, the airline may not be able to offer a refund or compensation.
Our service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. Please note that we are dependent on suppliers for receiving requested refunds. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier, it may take additional time to reflect on your credit card statement (typically 60-90 days).
All refund fees are charged per ticket per person. These will only be assessed if a refund is authorized or a waiver is granted by the supplier. If the supplier does not process the refund, we will reimburse our processing fees but not the original service fees.
